QA Lead/Manual and Mainframe Tester (onshore)

Responsibilities:

Manage a team of 4 offshore QA resources for the MATT application team from onshore. Work on Rumba/CICS mainframe for various personal and commercial lines of Insurance products. Design and execute test cases in Zephyr Squad. Run batch in the test environment and verify documents in IR (gateway application).

Interact with the Business to clarify requirements and coordinate with the team to work on Requirement Traceability Matrix creation, Jira stories, and approval.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously with 4 offshore resources, assisting with any dependencies and reviewing their progress to complete assignments on time.
