My excellent and diverse empathy skills allow me to calm and handle just about any kind of emotions that may walk through the door and I genuinely enjoy doing it. I took messages and forwarded them appropriately. I assisted the manager and other coworkers with any and all duties requested. I happily did the mundane tasks that most people dread doing and I genuinely enjoyed doing it. I have excellent attention to detail and feel at ease when my environment is clean, organised, sanitary and inviting. I am skilled in editing, updating, and creating new and existing client files.
