Professional Skills:
An education in business administration and experience with dispatch in emergency services as well as transportation. Furthermore, I have experience in customer service working for a large insurance brokerage in Los Angeles.
I provided customer service to Southern California Gas Company employees as a liaison for IBM.
As an Information Management Officer, I was tasked by General Adams at Fort Rucker to upgrade the network between the Fire Department and Military Police as they were merged to become DPS. I met with the engineers to plan the installation of network jacks and telephone lines and set the clearance for the different systems coming to the new buildings. I coordinated with the many directorates on the military base. I received an ARCOM for my work.
I owned a Mexican Restaurant/ Store and several money transfer services providing access that otherwise was not available in the area.

As a Lieutenant, Driver, and Firefighter(EMT, Hazmat Technician), provided customer service to military and civilian customers to include; responding to emergencies such as car accidents, fires, medical emergencies, mutual aid requests, liaison with the public, presentations to the public, fire inspections, and several other requests.

As Information Management Officer for the fire department and military police I was tasked with upgrading network to fiber optic while providing customer service to the military police and fire department. Customer service included help with the windows office suites and the in house software for the fire department and military police. Received an ARCOM for my work.
Work Experience 4.
As a liaison for IBM to Southern California Gas I trained personnel on the software and systems as well as coordinated demonstrations between the two. I had full access to IBM resources.
Work Experience 5.
As an insurance customer service representative, I handled clients insurance needs. Additionally, I provided help desk style service to various businesses. This was before the internet was around.
