I had to care to customers in Fitting room‘s constantly checking up on them, giving and receiving clothing and even giving them feedback was a mandatory job. I also had to have a lot of customer service because most will come in clueless so knowing everything about every style jean was very important. At the register I had to remember to ask if they’d like to sign up for a loyalty or rewards program! Every new member gets a 15% off their purchase the day signing up! Fixing the walls and keep the store neat was another obligated task I had. And actually paid off because we Always got compliments on it!
