My skills at this job, I've learned to open up more and see what most kids are going through in day to day life. I've sat down with a lot of kids and had to tell them about my life. I even had to break up fights, more fights I had ever seen in my life but, I also had to learn they are only kids and sometimes its not all about fighting to solve the problem.
