I was required to organize and file all purchases made for multiple work locations. I was also responsible for keeping track of job locations, total hours spent at said locations, booking deliveries for specific work sites such as PODS for client storage. One of the main responsibilities for this position was reviewing quotes for each job and calculating the amount of materials needed as well as the cost before and after taxes are included.
