11/11 to 11/14: FHMG: Medical office Manager and Manager Central Services Unit: Responsible for overseeing all aspects of office operations for the Spine Health Institute. Three providers, two locations and six employees. Specialties include spine surgery and physical medicine and rehabilitation. Duties include all administrative functions, managing clinic schedules, financials/budgets, credentialing, A/R, coding, posting, surgery scheduling, marketing, coordinating the physician's schedules and provide coverage when short staffed. Assisted in training new office managers and covered offices with no manager on site.
