- Observed all safety regulations for moving large amounts of heavy and, at times fragile, product to ensure the safety of myself, others, and the product.

- Provided excellent customer service while out on sales floors while stocking product to maintain the customer care standards for not only the retailer, but Coca-Cola as well.

-Safely operated a delivery vehicle in various weather conditions, obeying all traffic laws.

Communication

Worked closely with my supervisors to collaborate on finding solutions to problems, and gave regular feedback on trainees and their progress, and insight into the training processes for upper management. I was also a means of communication between the retailers and my supervisors to bring any concerns to their attention on their behalf, and vice-versa. Open and free communication is crucial to a company at all levels for it to function as a well-oiled machine. Especially when training new people to adopt the skills, work ethics, and values a company believes in.
