-Safely operated a delivery vehicle in various weather conditions, obeying all traffic laws.
Communication
Worked closely with my supervisors to collaborate on finding solutions to problems, and gave regular feedback on trainees and their progress, and insight into the training processes for upper management. I was also a means of communication between the retailers and my supervisors to bring any concerns to their attention on their behalf, and vice-versa. Open and free communication is crucial to a company at all levels for it to function as a well-oiled machine. Especially when training new people to adopt the skills, work ethics, and values a company believes in.
