Nov 05 – Jun 06: SATCOM IPT Leader for the OceanNet Buoy program. Managing three IPT teams, delivered two subsystems seven weeks in advance of the already accelerated program scheduled.

Jan 05 – Nov 05: Systems Engineer for the Ringmaster program within the Apollo business area. Tasked to be the IPT Leader for the Systems Test team. Engaged the customer to define what level of compliance the program would need for DCID requirements. Using ClearQuest, performed database auditing and produced discrepancy statistics. Brought closure to the PTRs. Collected system configuration parameters. Performed system configurations on all devices and resolved configuration issues and PTRs. Managed the generation of all “Analysis” Technical Memos required to sell off requirements. Assigned to the Boxtop Program as the Project Engineer. Working with the Stakeholders, defined the system architecture, CONOPS, and systems Interface Control Documentation. Conducted monthly Technical Interchange Meetings.

Oct 04 – Jan 05: Systems Engineer for the Next Generation Apollo System IR&D. I began the system architecture definition and system specification generation. The IR&D funding was reallocated and I found a new assignment.

Apr 04 – Oct 04: IPT Leader for the Cobia FDM team. Tasked to turn around the milestone and schedule performance erosion on the IPT. Led the team to complete the development effort, production manufacturing and assembly, Qualification and ATP testing.

Mar 04 – Apr 04: Project Engineer for the T3 program. This assignment involved managing the efforts of 6 IPTs, which 5 of the teams were led by senior scientists. The project involved developing concepts for the next generation product.

Sep 03 – Mar 04: Mechanical Design Team Leader for the Cobia FDM team. This involved tailoring an IR&D Base Processor CCA to the specifications for the FDM. During this effort, I helped the IPT Leader plan and execute the program.
