Designed, tested, released, and supported a complex integrated global supply CRM system to support the purchase, replenishment, and delivery of machine-consumable supplies to support hundreds of thousands managed customer printers in the field– a critical component to the revenue and service delivery strategy.

-Implemented a multi-factor forecasting algorithm based on historical data, seasonal factors, and current machine state. The algorithm provided weekly, monthly, and quarterly projection of supply usage. It calculated the threshold levels, re-order points, economic order quantities, and automatically generated the supplies orders for shipment to customers to meet the level of service agreement.

-Developed an innovative Siebel-based CRM system for technical services with remote problem resolution capabilities integrated with field service call scheduling software.

-Developed complex database models for the CRM system and the databases it integrates with.

-Modeled the data-flow of service calls, parts used, billing, and incorporating big data analytics using diverse data sets that include structured and semi-structured data to automate business processes.

-Directed the migration effort of the “Field Service Edge” (Click FSE) application to AWS cloud:
