Long-term responsibilities include all configuration changes, process changes, enhancements to the system, training, system testing, and assisting in ABAP report creation. Upgraded to 4.6c 3/19/01 and upgraded to 4.62 ISPS 9/01/01.Upgraded to 6.0 in 2006. Developed, configured, and implemented SAP PROCARD project.

Also, developed process and staff changes related to Payables in implementing SAP. Converted vendor master file and warehouse purchase order file. Participated as a trainer for 1200 end users and 50 departmental users. The project went live on time in 8 months.

7/7/88 to 12/98 Houston Independent School District

Accounting Manager for Procure to Pay process. Managed 35 staff that performed Procurement functions, Accounts Payable.

Staff handled 102,000 purchases and 225,000 invoices manually.
