My responsibilities as a cashier include overseeing the various financial and accounting aspects of the sales outlet, handling of the cash register, ringing up sales, and processing payments. My main job responsibilities as a cashier include greeting customers and thanking them for their business, accurately ringing up and totaling customer merchandise, keeping my designated work areas clean and maintained, returning unwanted merchandise to the appropriate store areas, and assisting other associates as needed throughout the day.

My role was to be the best “first and last impression” to everyone passing through Logan’s doors. I greeted the customers, showed them to their respective tables. I also made reservations and placed the customers on a waiting list. Assisted them with passing out our menus. I answered phone calls and customer queries about the restaurant and our menu.
