Working with Pioneer Technology Group creating documents using Crystal Reports and implemented through Benchmark for paperless court records, tax processing and record management. Also provided QA testing of reports and documents before client testing and moving to production.

2-month contract position to transition several reports to a new database, either by re-linking or re-building these reports. However, there were problems there was missing data not been included in the new database. I completed 20% of the reports and mapped all other reports indicating the missing data. Contract ended before decision was made updating the database. I was not given access to the database to accomplish this task myself.
