Receive test results, submit for review, chart test results. Enter donor information into donor database. Maintain hard copy donor files, including scanning documents for archive and storage according to SOPs.

Maintain contact with donors including evaluation of bone marrow collection processes through questions and answers provided by donors. Prepare and distribute communications to donors, physician’s offices, and to laboratories for daily logistics related to the Bone Marrow Donor Programs.

Review and perform training on Donor Programs SOPs on required timelines and as program changes are implemented. Participate in Tissue Acquisition (TA) staff training sessions. Complete training, understand, and follow American Association of Tissue Banks (AATB) Standards.
