This was my initial employment in the retail sector, which provided me with numerous valuable experiences, including customer interaction and the provision of exceptional customer service daily. Additionally, it allowed me to effectively implement the under 25 policies for customer identification.

This was my first job after school which has helped me develop multiple skills. It also gave me a good understanding of what work life is like and I gained a lot of experience. Furthermore, I gained skills such as:

These skills are essential as it ensures reliability and work ethic which would make me an ideal employee.

Tasks:

-Marking and labelling products which have been returned.

-Packing returned items and loading them onto the conveyors.

-Checking products to ensure they were not damaged and stacking them into containers.

-Organising different clothing into different containers.

-Engaging with colleagues and working as a team to ensure targets were delivered weekly.

Outdoor Activities- From a young age, exploring different places has been a beloved hobby of mine. Not only has it allowed me to discover new and exciting destinations, but it has also instilled in me a positive mindset. This valuable trait has proven to be an asset in all aspects of my life, including the workplace. By fostering empathy towards my colleagues and maintaining a positive attitude, I can contribute to a successful and harmonious work environment.

Computing- This has been an interest/hobby of mine since a very young age. It was here where I started taking apart and putting together laptops and desktop machines to upgrade/repair parts. This was further developed during my time at school as I studied digital information technology. This developed my technical knowledge more and provided me with a logical problem-solving methodology as well as other transferable skills for any line of work.

Gym- This hobby has instilled intrinsic motivation and discipline in myself which has had a great effect on my mental as well as physical state. It allows me to dig deep when in demanding situations and thrive in a situation where there is difficulty.

Cars- Since my early years, my unwavering passion for the automotive industry has shaped my perspective and fuelled my drive to excel in my professional endeavours. This profound interest has not only cultivated a positive mindset within me but has also served as a constant source of motivation.
