1. Business Development Center now called Customer Care Specialist started in this position January 2017 to January 2021.
2. Previously I was in the Parts department March 2016 to November 2016. I had Surgery. When I came back. Started in Service BDC.
3. I answered all calls coming into the Service Department. Set up appointments, checked VIN for Recalls, answered some of the questions customers may have. That would not need tech support/help. 4. Answered Internet questions and set up Service appointment. Plus emails for the Parts department 5. We had Podium Texting for customers to ask questions and set appointments also- I answered all incoming text for the Service and Parts departments. 6. Every other Saturday I have to fill in for Service Advisors plus answered incoming calls for the Service department and set appointments.
7. From August 2009 to March 2016. I worked every Saturday in Parts department, every 3rd Saturday I worked in the Service lane as Service advisor.
8. Monday - Friday before I went into parts department. They had me doing cold calls. Follow up on Service customers after repairs.
