No Resume It

Have interview and see where I can fit in. This robo stuff does not work for me. I need some work and it gets fed thru HR or someone who does not know what your company is Lacking or not. I have been in manufacturing my whole life and can point out wholes in production and equipment all I need is an interview to see if we are a fit or not.
