Up until now I have been working in Oregon, Alaska, California, Hawaii, Japan, South Korea, Hongkong, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia,Thailand. I offer diverse culinary experience giving me a unique perspective that I have been able to apply universally in the kitchen.
