Re: Senior Paralegal Position Listed on Post Job Free Dear Sir or Madam:
Over the course of my seven-year career as a paralegal and legal assistant, I have earned consistent praise for my attention to detail, organizational abilities, legal-research skills, and strong grasp of case law and litigation management. These skills appear to be an excellent match to the requirements listed in your paralegal job posting, and I am very interested in exploring this opportunity. Until recently I served a paralegal at The Gbenjo Law Group, where I worked closely with the senior partner to provide paralegal support on a variety of high-priority cases and projects. Within the first few months of my employment at said firm I had streamlined our procedure for requesting and following up on obtaining medical records in order to expedite settlement of our clients’ personal-injury cases, as well as obtaining filled- out Business Records Affidavits if settlement seemed unlikely or impossible. Previously, as a paralegal at Rice & Rice, LLP, a firm concentrating in personal injury and criminal defense, I specialized in litigation. To wit, I drafted Stowers letters and original petitions, drafted and sent discovery requests to opposing parties, and worked with our clients to answer discovery requests in a timely fashion. I also worked closely with the junior partner to file pre-trial motions and draft Motions in Limine in his criminal cases. I received commendations for my work keeping cases moving forward. My qualifications include a paralegal certificate from Alvin Community College, experience in legal research using WestLaw and Google, and lengthy and varied experience using Microsoft Office. I would like to discuss with you how I can contribute to your legal team. To arrange a meeting, please text 409-***-**** and/or email *************@*****.***. Thank you. Sincerely,
/s/ George St. Clair

Dear Trenz,
George St. Clair has been an employee of mine for the last seven years. He has only worked part-time for me as during that same period he was first a full-time student and then a full-time employee of a law firm. To put this another way. Mr. St. Clair has been working almost seven days a week for the last seven years. He is perhaps the most conscientious employee I have had. Over these years he has missed less than one dozen days of work and only taken one two week vacation. He has a dedication to his employment I rarely see in others, and he is loathe to miss it. On the job, he diligently follows instruction, responsibilities, and relevant protocols to the letter. He accepts additional work and additional hours without complaint and reliably fulfills those obligations. Mr. St. Clair works for me as a retail clerk, so I cannot speak to his performance in traditional office environment, but he is welcoming and friendly to our customers without being pushy or overbearing. The breadth of his knowledge beyond classical music, which is what we sell, invites customers to expand their own horizons as they trust his estimations of taste.
Although he only works week ends, Mr. St. Clair is a fundamental element of this business, and he would be difficult replace.
Sincerely yours,
Michael W. Sumbera
