Duties
I held the position of LSA (Lead Sales Associate) as well as a key holder. I was responsible for
opening the store and setting up cash registers for the day, along with other opening duties. I was
responsible for doing the bank run from the previous night s closing and logging everything into the
computer as well as making sure to pick up change and bringing it back to the store.I stocked
shelves, did price changes, took in the fresh truck as well as the merchandise trucks, making sure
all products were received and signed off on truck paperwork before the driver could leave the
facility. Another responsibility was checking in all vendors and making sure the paperwork was in
order. I was also responsible for closing four nights a week, which included counting drawers down
at night and making sure the money was balanced and packaged up for the bank run in the morning.
Reason for leaving
I was hired at full time hours but the only time I got full time hours was when I had to cover for
another co worker. I may have gotten 30 hours a week if I was lucky. Management nor corporate seemed
interested in resolving the issue.If any of his employees were not working up to his standards he
