• Acting as a single point of contact and holds responsibility for all aspects of installation projects

• Plans, coordinates and oversees all tasks, critical dates, client and third party interface and relations, as well as performance quality and customer satisfaction

• Manages General Contractor - Relationships, attends construction meetings, and coordinates with GC to maintain project schedule

• Submits samples and product data as required tracks responses to the submittals

• Confirms Takeoff/Estimating Quantities prior to order placement

• Generates requests and responses for labor estimates

• Oversee field operations (manpower) to guarantee the work is done according to plans, project specifications and completion schedule

• Lead a team of operators/drivers to ensure targets for quality/service/costs are achieved

• Take responsibility for people and production, prioritizing safety and quality

• Initiate and drive improvement projects with the principles of Lean Manufacturing

• Manage department KPI’’s and drive improvements

• File appropriate compliance reports with regulatory agencies

• Provide leadership & supervision of the Quality and Compliance functions

• Be aware of, schedule, and execute all required trainings to ensure staff are informed and operational compliance is met on a weekly basis

• Coordination and scheduling of periodic internal and external reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed for all applicable standards

• Examine and improve auditing processes to prevent compliance issues or resolve them in a timely manner

• Complying with ISO accreditation requirements and support Management systems within ISO standards

• Assess product, compliance, or operational risks and develop risk management strategies.

• Conduct or direct the internal investigation of compliance issues
