Led weekly staff meetings, assisted with record keeping and reports, addressed behavior/incident issues with parents, and consistently communicating with the Program Director. Performed walk-throughs, observations, and provided feedback. Coordinated, assisted, and supervised counselors in leading age-appropriate activities for their K-5 campers, including but not limited to, character development, reading, math, STEM and extracurricular activities and field trips.

•Oversee the setup, up-keep, and staffing of program area.

•Prepare, lead, and evaluate programs which may include theme/special camp activities Provide support to Camp Counselors to coordinate programming among small groups.
