MILITARY QUALIFICATIONS

●Navy Intelligence Officer with an extensive Targeting, Imagery and Leadership background. Commissioned NOV 2015 US Navy Chief Warrant Officer with a designator of 7838 Intelligence Technician NOV 2015. oJUL 2006-MAR 2007 Mobilized in support of Special Operation Force (SOF) as a HUMINT Analyst in support of strategic detainee exploitation operations in Iraq (IZ). Prior to leaving IZ I was solicited to capitalize on my civilian skill set to stand up infrastructure of a new temporary internment facility (TIF). Instrumental in the commissioning of a pre-engineered 96 channel networked digital video/audio CCTV system for use within the task force environment expounding intent of use and technical requirements associated with the roll of the task force mission. The system technologies included multiple 16 channels digital Audio/Video Recording and Management that allowed for real time functions of recording, playback, viewing, archiving/backup and transmitting of analog or IP video and audio signals. These video/audio signals were retrievable using an embedded video and audio web server allowing the viewing of live or recorded images (with audio) as well as control of PTZ cameras over TCP/IP connection within Internet Explorer (IE) web browser.
