Participated in a successful SAFE equity raise, securing funding for the company for eighteen months.

Guided Private Equity-owned company with $1.3 billion in assets under management financially through a growth strategy which led to the highly successful sale of the company’s assets and accounts to Health Equity, the largest company in the industry.

Key Executive participant who ensured the succesful transition of accounts and assets to Health Equity.

Renegotiated Master Services Agreement (MSA) with our custodian bank and separate debit card processing and revenue-sharing deals, resulting in significant improved annual cash flow, and a 46% year-over-year revenue increase between 2018 and 2019.
