Every night. Go upstairs to print out copy of running schedule for each line . Log into company computer. Check emails for any urgent orders. Orders being sent back. Changes to test needing done . New customer orders coming .
Walk to each line there were 4 .
Check schedule on scale operator table is correct . See how many rolls had been run by prior shift.Print out next orders to be run for the night only if needed. Inspection Requirements.
Weight, Width, Length, Visual, packaging bags color and size . Labels are being put on correct location. Some required tags being inserted in ends of tubes . Check right tubes were being used . Check computer for scale operators correct matched product .
Performed Quality checks every line . Every 2 hours.During 12 hours shifts. Sound test ran for specific orders. Which were finished upstairs in a lab . Burn test to check flame resistant.
Waterproof test .
Organize samples that had been tested from other shifts print out customer order copies, labels, baggies, box up neatly Stack on pallet.
Some night I refilled supplies needed for each line . Baggies,Zip ties, Gloves,Markers Etc. Also performed first aid to employees.
