6) - I served as a coordinator administrative with (Wărtsilă Finland) at Tasiast in 2021, for 11 months up to the end of the project and my tasks were dividing into the following:
Responsible for all accesses and site requirements for (Expats & locals) at Tasiast site
online inductions for all the new employees (Expats & locals)
Booking manifest for the employees who are coming to the site
Site Access employees for the employees who are visiting the site at the first time
badges modification request for the employees who have JDE number
Accommodation request including changing the type of room and room extension
Time keeping including daily attendance report
Preparing monthly manpower report for Wartsila and its subcontractors to be sent to Tasiast's HR contracors desk office
Monthly Camp usage report including the calculation of the total cost for the number of nights for all employees at site
