Overview
Thank you for the opportunity to present my resume. While my experience has primarily been in the securities industry, I am not limiting my current search to the roles associated with that industry. I would like to expand my search to take advantage of my set of skills that has allowed me to exceed year over year sales expectations. Archon Capital Homes specializes in the capital acquisition for the Single-Family Homes rental market.
Successfully recruited, managed and motivated a network of financial planners, advisors and RIAs.
Joined in February 2016 following the founding of the Company. The Company now has over $400 million in assets under management due solely to the capital I raised. I consistently met or exceeded all capital acquisition targets. It is worthy to note I was the only wholesaler (plus internal) for the entire tenure.
My role ended in December 2023 as the Company made a strategic decision to discontinue capital acquisition and focus on property management.
Grayson County Oil and Gas

Grayson County Oil and Gas drilled oil and natural gas wells north of Dallas, Texas.
Successfully managed a network of 1300 brokers and independent financial planners.
My role also involved the supervision of all marketing materials, oversight on web-presence and due diligence. I maintain management responsibility for entire sales team.
Prior to my involvement the Company had no track record of raising capital or drilling oil and gas wells.
In 2015 my services were no longer necessary as the price of oil continued to decline.

March 2008 to January 2012
Hard-Rock was a Natural Gas Production Company in Charleston, West Virginia.
My role included the management of all aspects of sales and marketing.
Responsibilities included the recruitment of an internal sales team, supervising the development of presentations, the production of due diligence materials, and managing all interactions with decision makers.
In January 2020 the Company decided to discontinue drilling as natural gas prices declined.
