Responsibilities
• Performing of control loop checking, calibration, recalibration, troubleshooting, verification, rectification, modification and simulation of various instrumentation and control instruments.

• Field instrument installation based on instrument location plan and Piping instrument diagram (P & ID).
• Perform wire checking of field instrument to sjunction box up to Control Room.
• Monitoring of all installed instruments in air compressor 1 &2 due to functional and matrix testing according to the command of engineering team in control room specially the condition of the turbine.
• Bench Setting of actuators
• Servicing of SOVs, Boosters, Filters, Regulators and other accessories in control valves
• Perform loop checking and loop setting to the client as per Engineer/Supervisor’s schedule.
• Perform wire checking of field instrument to junction box up to Control Room.
• Termination of instrument cables, transmitters, junction box cross connection on marshalling panels.
• Validation/Calibration of process instruments, especially smart family transmitter, Foxboro, allen Bradley, honey well, Rosemount Transmitter like pressure temperature switches and gauges, masoneillan control valves.
• Perform all the job, as advised by Supervisor and gave daily production reports.
• Field instrument installation based on instrument location plan and Piping instrument diagram (P & ID).
• Termination and installation of level switch on truck loading area. (Granules)
• Termination and installation of vibration probe in gas compressor (first to sixth stage).
• Rendered services in the Maintenance and Process Units to perform Validation and Calibration of Instrumentation system Such as Transmitters and Control Valves installed in CDU, OCR and Plat former Unit.
• Loop checking of instrument controller, such as Honeywell, smart transmitter and control valves stroking and functional testing.
