• Give aa’s their task for the day

• Check rates periodically to make sure everyone is maintaining goal rate.

• Check Drivers in & out when needed

• Ensure Quip is updated

• Make sure YMS matches virtually & physically

• Complete Quality Audits on AR Floor Stowers, Pickers, & Packers

• Yard walks at the with a spotter at SOS, MOS, & EOS

• Completed Insta Cleans replacing, & creating ruined or new 5S areas to prevent any safety hazards.

• Complete PIT Audits on PIT/Forklift drivers, making sure they understand all safety measures while in use or not.

• Make sure that all incoming IB Trailers stays in FIFO.

• Coach aa’s who are falling below the rate threshold, also giving them tips to ensure they’re working more efficient & safer.

• Unload Injection whenever we don’t any associate available to do so

• Complete coding every hour to ensure that our IB/OB/Dispatch rates remains accurate all shift.

• I’ve trained aa’s in mostly every area

• Conduct safety audits so that all associate’s understand that safety will always be our main concern.

• Complete HRR’s

• I love to jump into path with my AA’s

• I talk to associate’s when they have concerns or problems

• I always try to find a solution to their situation, but if not I make sure to bring it up to higher leadership in order to get it figured out safely

& quickly.

• I communicate with IT & RME whenever we run into Computer, Printer, Universal Staion, & Drive issue’s.

• Create Tickets for IT/RME for them to complete work orders

• Did Non-Inventory counts

• Processed & trained aa’s on how to process & palletize Trans-Out & Fracs.

• Also trained aa’s how to attach pallets virtually to trailers so they match up.

• Performed 2 Floor Blitz daily during shift
