Responsible for the day-to-day management of non-clinical support services and staff. Provide leadership and staff supervision. Assists in planning, organization, development and implementation of systems and policies for the delivery of high-quality client care.
Responsible for day-to-day operation in conjunction with the Clinic Director of Mental Health Services;
Work closely with staff to optimize clinic operation and patient flow
In conjunction with the Deputy Executive Director ensure a clean, well-maintained environment for staff and clients;
Identify and take corrective action on all safety hazards;
Evaluates non-clinical staff and performs annual performance appraisals;
Maintain adequate provider and non-clinical support staff coverage and schedules for clinic needs on a daily basis

Key person between staff and the department of Human Resources. This is to ensure that staff receives and understands agency’s protocols while maintaining a high-level of discretion when needs are not met
Maintains and orders supplies and equipment as needed;
Assists in preparation of and monitors budget regarding supplies, equipment, service contracts and other areas related to day-to-day operations;
Oversees financial and billing aspects of program operations, including billing, eligibility determination, remedying billing problems
Support Administration by ensuring that reports, meeting minutes, etc., are typed as necessary
Cover front desk as needed;
