I'm an Electrical Engineer (BSEE) with 31 years of experience in the design and implementation of electrical systems for buildings, including commercial, retail spaces, tenant buildouts, high-rise, institutional, medical, tenant office, educational, government laboratories, and Capital Development Board (CDB) projects as part of the MEP team. This experience includes a thorough knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), Chicago Electrical Code (CEC), Familiarity with NFPA70E, Standard for Electrical Safety in the Workplace and building estimating, construction cost control, construction management, project scheduling, and construction projects contractual law. I have strong power distribution experience in all types of buildings. I worked on modifications in Nuclear Power Generation Plants and industrial hazardous LPG & LNG plants with voltages ranging from 120V - 480V mainly to 4160V occasionally.
