I have a total of two years in my Celebrate Recovery Leadership roles, from Step Study Leader to Small Group Leader, And I am currently apprenticing as Ministry Leader, I understand how important it is to take someone through the steps, and I am aware of the fact there are several different recovery pathways MAT, NA, AA, CR you have to be well versed in all least a little bit to help clients when they have questions, you can't fix them but you can guide them towards what they are asking. Our roles as Peer Supports are to share our Experience, Strength, and Hope. A role I don't take lightly.
