Providing leadership, administration and management of Student Affairs units which one of the Units was the HIV and AIDS Unit. Performance Improvement Coordinator for Student Affairs Department. Managed quality assurance matters of Student Affairs Department. Budget development &Monitoring for Student Affairs Department. As a Program Manager, I was the one responsible for the overall direction of the Programs and Projects under our mandate. I designed Workplans, Budget, Timelines, Monitoring and Evaluation Framework, Train Members Organizations, documentation of best practices. I offered technical assistance to all their Programs within the country. They included Kgetsi Ya Tsie Women Trust, an NGO of Women who specializes on Marula Oil, I was leading the Project of integration of microfinance, gender and HIV and AIDS. I monitored the seed money that was given to these women by the US government and also integrate HIV and AIDS into the Micro finance. I took them through women’s economic empowerment initiatives and the had to choose from the lot. I designed their monitoring and evaluation tools which were easy to follow and understand. I also wrote their grant manual.

Student against HIV and AIDS a university of Botswana society that deals with issues of HIV and AIDS within the campus. I came up with interventions which addresses issues of public health within University of Botswana

Marang Child Care Network, a civil society organization working with Orphans and Vulnerable Children throughout Botswana. I was working with them on their deliverables and did monitor and evaluations for all their projects.

I also worked on all the deliverables for these programs and also organise for their funding and did monitoring and evaluation for those projects. I was a member of NACA technical groups on system strengthening for Civil Societies Organizations.

2003 – 2007 Senior Teacher II at Mater Spei College, HIV and AIDS Focal Person, Trainers of Trainers on HIV and AIDS Issues.

Duties:

I was one of the first batches of teachers who were appointed to be focal persons in schools when this initiative was introduced in Senior Secondary Schools. I was then trained on HIV and AIDS from basic HIV and AIDS information to advanced knowledge where I was trained as trainer of trainees. I then went around the Country training School Heads and Heads of Departments on HIV and AIDS interventions. I then worked with Botswana Churches Council through Pathfinder International where I was training organizations such as Humana People to People, Light and Courage Centre, Men Sector and members of the public on male involvement in the fight against HIV and AIDS. EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

2002 – 2003 Post Graduate Diploma in English (PGDE) Distinction – Modules included: Guidance and Counseling, Teaching Pedagogies, Special Education, Psychology, Governance, Qualitative and Quantitative Techniques and Sports Management
