Managed employee’s time sheets, attendance, and scheduled vacations. This helped to assure that the third shift Mask department wouldn’t be short staffed, and would continue to maintain the high quality output so not to leave other departments short of parts needed to keep their lines functioning.

Implemented employee training programs for SST Mask department. This resulted in a safer work environment, a higher production yield, and less scraped product.

Scheduled all maintenance/repair of production and office equipment. This helped to assure all machines were maintained, safe to use, and ready for the next shifts

Worked with Panasonic, Yaskawa/Motoman, IAI and HNC tig welding, material handling automated robots.
