·Ensuring that employees’ schedule hour change (from different regions across the country) get their Leave accrual/PTO, Sick, ED, and flexible time off accurately, and are up to date.

·Perform calculations based on what Employees received, monthly, annually basis, and/or when Employees have a schedule hour change, their entitlement/leave accrual rate also changed.
