● Analyze and monitor the sales and expense figures for each store, provide feedback and make recommendations for improvement to ensure that store profitability is maximized, and present district sales figures to the Regional Manager for feedback and recommendations.

● Complete semi-annual performance evaluations and annual merit increase recommendations for all Store Managers in a district and submit them to the Regional Manager for approval.
