Orchestrated and oversaw seven cutting-edge technology programs for the Army Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO).

Offered strategic thinking and marketing support to 71 Small Businesses who were attempting to transition their innovative technologies to Department of Navy Programs of Record, offering coaching and mentoring in Marketing and Transition Readiness. Assisted in developing compelling Marketing Materials and conducted thorough market research, identifying potential transition opportunities, analyzing competitors, and establishing key Government and Prime Points of Contact (POCs). Evaluated market size, and customer interest, and conducted Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) analyses, recommending effective transition strategies.

Engaged 71 C-suite executives over five-year period, helping prepare their organizations to transition 83 innovative products to various Navy and Marine Corps Program Executive Offices (PEOs), including PEO Submarines, Carriers, Ships, Unmanned and Small Combatants, Aviation, and Land Systems.

- Conducted in-depth technology analysis, facilitated small business alignment with US Navy technology needs, and assessed project impacts based on Technology Readiness Levels (TRL).

- Strategically analyzed and improved the Tactical Bulk Fuel Distribution System for the CH-53K helicopter, resulting in reduced load time, personnel requirements, and increased fuel distribution capacity.

- Arranged technical analysis for the Portable Oxygen Generating System, achieving 40% size reduction, 60% weight reduction, and 33% lower power consumption, ultimately reducing logistical demands.

- Consulted on the development of an Improved High Altitude Low Opening (HALO) parachute, incorporating single-surface construction and high-strength bonded fabrics to reduce weight by 40% and increase fabric strength by 30%.
