I had a great impact on this job . I interact with the clients. To let me know if they need anything or special attention to a room and made them feel comfortable about leaving me a note and I will have it done the next day. A good eye for dirt. I learned u can move fast and also do it right. And team work. U know at the end of the day,u are supposed to help the employees that are not finished with there work. And to hide all your problems when u get to work and put on your happy face to make others feel comfortable.and to treat your employees with respect also the way you want to be treated and they will do a good job. But if you come to work with attitudes and yelling they will become angry and start skipping things.If a employee is messing up I will take my time and work with them for a couple of days with a positive attitude and that's what I demonstrate at this job.
