Hello, I would like to explain the lapse in work history. I had multiple surgeries and it was difficult to sit at a computer. Due to my medication & my pain- I went on disability. In June 2021, I had a spinal cord stimulator implanted in my back. It has helped tremendously with the pain, I do not have the severe pain anymore and would love to be given an opportunity.
I am unable to work FT hours,due to Social Security., but will be available next year(2025 full time ). I was previously working 3 days a week. Mon- Wednesday . I promise you, you will not be sorry. I am a people person. I believe in one call resolution, if all possible. I have extensive Customer Service & Supervisory Experience. Let me help you Get the job DONE! From June 2022 - July 2023, I have worked for BPO American. It is a remote call center in which I was originally hired for inbound call center. Immediately, I was offered a position in Outbound Call Dept. We handled all types of outbound calls promoting Smilemakers, Oriental Trading Company, Etc. The last few months our dept was slow and I have been working Inbound calls in which I was taking payments for traffic citations, Placing customer orders for Spirits Timeless Entertainment, Music Rewind and others, We also took answering service calls for many companies including Family Law, Orthopedic Specialist and Infertility clinics and many more working in different applications. I worked Part time -3 days a week due to Social Security Disability. I would like to be able to work those days again. I recently had neck surgery, but should be back to normal in a couple of weeks. I was hired as a CSR in a call center in June1999. After a few months, I was promoted to a Special Projects CSR- IF a large customer had many phone changes, the CSR would send the call to Special Projects. In March 2000, I was promoted to Team Leader . I handled dissatisfied customer calls when they didn't get the answer they wanted, then I would make a decision that was fair for the customer and SoLINC, but also following guidelines set forth by the company. Team Leaders over saw the CSR's and was their first point of contact when they had questions regarding New rate plans, customer questions etc.
