I am currently working with McCarthy and have had the pleasure of elevating my current skills within the company. My daily role consists of:
Diagnostic plumbing inquires.
Creating quotations and presenting it to the customer whilst still providing other alternative prices for their inquire.
I provide the customer a consultation before carrying out the work.
Once customer is happy with the quotations and the consultation, I will gather the correct material to complete the works.

As a service technician my duty is to help customer with their plumbing inquires. My other responsible were:

Answered emails from our customers and 3 party companies if needed. When first joining Len the plumber I completed an apprentice program. This led me to receiving a plaque for my apprenticeship. This allowed me to start my plumbing career and helped me become the highest plumber to sell for the company. With one job I sold for $24,000 and with in that same year I made a total of $872,000. Whilst working as a dispatcher my duty was to coordinate a fast-paced customer service operation, resolving complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction. This helped to learn how to work under pressure and to Deliver exceptional customer service, achieving individual targets.

Working for McDonalds I had to deliver a speedy service with great quality. My duties were:

When first starting my journey with McDonalds I started of as a crew member. After four months of hard work, I was offered a position management. I would say working in McDonalds has taught me how to work with speed whilst providing excellent service. It has taught me how to deal with difficult complaints and take leadership in certain situations.
