Senior Lead Compliance Specialist: (May 2010 – Present) In this position, I participate in the initial process inquiry sessions and document the actions taken by the business to correct the issues tested. I develop specific test plans for one or more controls within each of the processes tested. Then execute the testing process according to the validation methodologies provided. Once completed review and organize all evidence and related documentation supporting the test results. The test results are communicated to the Bankruptcy and Foreclosure Departments. Management from the perspective areas escalates issues or adverse results for review. Then I conduct the results confirmation meetings with the respective SMEs and business owners.

I had to understand bankruptcy legislation and know how to read and apply a variety of legal documents to individual cases.

Financial Advisor Associate: I was a floater in this position. I worked as a Customer Service Representative and a Teller. As a Customer Service Representative, I worked directly with customers with questions and concerns regarding their bank accounts.
