Preparation of a full comprehensive feasibility studies for the new projects including the selection of the suitable properties, best use of Governmental lands to generate highest rates of returns, technical study
(used land size, area program and required GFA, infrastructure, …etc.), financial modelling (cost and income, cash flow, NPV, IRR, ROI, Breakeven point and Payback period, required liquid capital, …etc.) incorporating all requirements and Governmental regulations including BCR, FAR, …etc. Participate in negotiation and brain storming with several departments in each Municipality, investors and real estate valuation companies to form the best investing portfolios for the new companies initiation. Participate in the preparation of the new Municipal investment company’s financial model.
