Traveled to homes, after the sale, to perform any necessary repairs from the move or from poor installation during remodel process. Trim-out the multi-section homes including: HVAC crossover, concealing exterior marriage lines in siding and roof, drywall and finish trim and paint to conceal marriage lines inside, carpet seams and sheet vinyl seams. After trimout then address any customer compaints in the other areas of the home.
