Efficient in programming and setting in CNC and VMC Machines.
Handling manpower distribution and all types of breakdowns related of machine parameters, hardware electrical control panel, electronic cards or drive level, pneumatic related, hydraulic generated mechanical wear, and tear type.
Keep updated with the upcoming versions or latest machinery required in the organization.
Carried Out the Process of Internal Auditing, Monitoring/Coordination activities as appropriate and prepared internal reports for management.
Daily power monitoring, calculations and reporting at monthly basis. Awareness on Hazardous area classifications and selection of electrical equipment.
Accountable for Plant MTTR & MTBF improvement. Strong ITAF & ISO requirement knowledge, Good in Maintenance documentations.
