2015 – Present General Sales Manager AutoNation CDJR South Columbus

Responsibilities include hiring and training of the sales force, also work automotive deals

from start and finish all the way through finance working with the finance manager to

make sure that the funding is in a timely manner. Oversee the new and used sales

departments while working with the service department on getting units through the

service department in a timely manner. Order all units for the dealership and buy used

autos from auctions if needed. Handle all customer complaints that might arrive.

I have been able to maintain a great CSI, low CIT and have got the JD Powers award for

the last 2 years with the help of my staff.

2013 – 2015 General Manager Carl Gregory VW

Responsibilities include working deals, closing customers, keeping CIT and CSI in line.

Handled all advertising from newspaper, radio, and internet, hiring and training of sales

personal, working with parts and service in keeping them up to par.

With the help of my sales force we set records in the VW dealership that had not been

done in over 15 yrs.

2010 – 2012 General Manager Andalusia Ford L/M

Responsibilities include handling all advertising from radio to newspaper. Overseeing

sales, finance, parts, and service, assisted with working deals, closing customers and

getting them through finance if needed. Handled all wholesales that took place at the

Responsibilities include hiring and training of the sales force, also work automotive deals

from start and finish all the way through finance working with the finance manager to

make sure that the funding is in a timely manner. I have set dealership record profit

grosses on the front and back end profit. In doing that it has moved this dealership to the

number 2 store out of a group of 5 where it was 4. I also brought the CSI scores 2% above

the national standards while increasing sales by 65%. I have opened 2 satellite stores for

this auto group where I have hired and trained the personal to operate the stores

successfully.

2002 – 2006 F&I Manager/Director, King Ford L/M, Chrysler Dodge, Chevrolet

Responsibilities included the head of the finance departments. Where all deals are

submitted to loan co. for approvals, make sure that the Finance managers would use the

proper approval to maximize the most profit possible an all deals. With this it increased

the dealerships finance departments income by 75% with warranty and insurance

penetration along with dealer reserve.

Responsibilities included recruiting and servicing dealerships to finance automotive deals

through CPS. I was one of the top 20 area managers in the nation out of 150 managers
