1. I was tasked with opening and successfully run the First New Platinum maziwa loan branch from scratch; Recruiting, training and motivating a team of 16 Loan officers and two team leaders and grew a loan book from Zero to the current 66 Million with a 7day PAR of below 3% and 30-day PAR of 3.5% (Oct 2023). This was a totally NEW product right from product development. 2. I have successfully grown talents in The Maziwa department i.e. grew and promoted 2 Branch managers who went to open new branches and 4 team leaders and 2 Branch administrators and have equipped the Loan officers with the right skills and mindsets to enhance their personal growth and development.

3. As a personal banker, I successfully grew KCB Garissa branch loan book from 300K to 1.1 Billion in two years I was posted there hence improving branch profitability. 4. Being the best sales person/Team leader in the region, I was among the Dream Team of three staff who Implemented strategies which saw KCB Njoro branch break even after over 20 years of making loses and surpassed its profits targets in the subsequent years and avoided closure. 5. Effecting/Implementing operational controls that enabled KCB Njoro branch to attain superb audit ratings, from 54% in 2009 to being the best in our region in the subsequent new risk based audit 80%.

6. Being the appointed Scholarship Champion, I Successfully spearheaded KCB scholarships interviews and further mentored the students through their academic journey within the KCB Great Rift Region.
