-Delivers the Human Resources vision and insights to the executive team, through regular HRMs, to ensure that staff development, learning and development plans, as well as staffing issues are addressed promptly and effectively
-Manages the talent acquisition process effectively to ensure that the talent acquisition standards are perfectly met.
-Manage the human resources functions to ensure the effective utilization of human resources to support the company's business objectives.
-Manage the team performance processes to ensure the company objectives are successfully achieved
-Manage the talent management and succession planning processes
-Manage all the team activities to ensure the highest level of the team satisfaction is met.
-Manage the team satisfaction survey process to ensure the team voice is well heard
-Reviews and analyzes ongoing compensation and benefits packages, as well as policies and procedures
-Monitors the payroll process effectively and in a timely manner, providing the management with tailored payroll reports as and when required
