Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members regarding plan of care for client.

Develope individual plans of care based on assessment findings and physician orders.

Perform housekeeping duties daily, including but not limited to: linens, strip and refresh beds, sanitize entire areas for patient throughout the day, clean up behind patient, dishes, dusting, windows/mirrors, vacuuming, detailing, clean restrooms, remove trash and refresh trash can, proper use of cleaning products.

Provided emotional support to clients by listening attentively and engaging them in meaningful conversations.

Tak initiative to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently within the designated time frame.

Collect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses, and doctors.

Record daily notes about client conditions, treatments provided, and progress made.
