March 2016 till July 2020: ELV Lead Engineer (Operation and Projects) Qatar Airways, Hamad International Airport (HIA), Doha – Qatar.
Leading many projects done by subcontractors (Thales, MACS, Black Arrow...) like upgrading SD Cameras by HD Cameras or adding new NVRs or Updating the OS for the Servers...
Create project schedules and works with contractors to assure the work is done properly and on time, meet regularly with all of the parties involved including the contractors and the client, to provide status updates and answer questions.
While project is in progress some devices or functionalities are disabled or offline, I have to report this with full explanation to the management and Stakeholders.
Coordinating between the end-user and the subcontractors and our management to find always the best solution for any issue or any request from these parts.
Dealing with subcontractors to complete projects and maintenance correctly and on time.
