Work History:

WMATA Bus Operations Manager Sept. 2022- Present

•Coaching Operators for Drive-cam events

•Issuing traffic citations to operators from local jurisdictions and following up to ensure citations were either paid, contested, or otherwise taken care of

•Processing payroll for 400+ division employees on a weekly basis

Operations Manager, Cardinal Logistics Management Aug. 2012-March.2014

•Oversee approximately 20 Forward Air Solutions warehouse employees for Office Depot stores ensuring products are handled and stacked carefully, bins are processed in the correct order, corporate machinery and supplies are utilized safely and with care.

•Act as lead liaison between Forward Air Solutions, Office Depot, and Cardinal Logistics Management ensuring all products ordered are handled, packaged, and delivered in accordance with strict corporate guidelines minimizing corporate loss.

•Prepare the Key Performance Indicator (KPI), Over Short & Damaged (OS&D), and Transfer reports for upper management on a daily basis. Information provided includes;

number of in-bound / out-bound trucks, pallet counts, store counts, missing/overage/damaged/incorrectly labeled products.

•Create routing for all outbound trucks delivering freight to Office Depot stores in the DC, Maryland and Virginia area using Microsoft Excel and routing software ensuring the most efficient routes are generated by the software.
